Home, /eventos or search by name, city, music genre, etc.

Buy a ticket (overview)

Pick the type, quantity, pay with card. Under a minute.

Seat map

Reserved seating events: you pick the seat on the interactive map.

Promo code / access code

Promo = discount. Access code = unlocks VIP/private tickets.

Payment methods

International credit cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay.

Via the email you received, or at /meus-ingressos after signing in.

The QR changes every 30 seconds. Screenshots don't work — only the live app opens it.

Apple Wallet / Google Wallet

Save to your phone's wallet app — opens offline, no need to sign in.

Show the QR Code on your phone to the staff. In 1 second you're in.

"Wrong gate" — what to do

Your ticket is for another section. Staff will redirect you to the right entrance.

Transfer a ticket to someone else

Send via the person's email. If they have an account, they get it instantly. If not, they're invited to create one.

Request a refund

Buyer's right to cancel: up to 7 days after purchase.

I didn't receive the email — what to do

Check spam, or sign in and access the ticket directly at /meus-ingressos.

Edit profile

Update name, city, state, date of birth, and phone.

Change password / 2FA

Strong password + optional second factor (authenticator app).

Receive notifications

Email + browser push for confirmations, transfers, and event reminders.
